They are the second in command of EvoCity and Rockford. The one that takes over when/if the President himself is busy, missing or otherwise pre-occupied. They aid in the development of all the rules, warrants, taxes and regulations of the city.
But remember: you are a leader. If you need something done, you need to rely on the SSA or any other government employee under your lead to accomplish your goals. You will not be able to use any weapons, but you do have the ability to call for help whenever needed.
This job is a passive role, which means you should avoid conflict and fights wherever possible.
